There are two ways to cancel your FloatMe account:
- Via the app: Open the FloatMe app, tap the Profile icon, go to Settings, select 'Close Account', and follow the prompts to permanently cancel your account.
- Via email: Send an email to support@floatme.com requesting to close your account. Include your full name, the email address linked to your FloatMe account, and a clear statement withdrawing your consent to receive communications electronically and requesting the closure of your account.
Please make sure to repay any pending balances or floats before closing your account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your membership.
