How to delete Grid Money cash advance app

Last Updated: Aug 06, 2026

If you want to stop using Grid Money and avoid future charges, the main steps are to cancel your subscription and, if needed, contact support. If you still have an outstanding cash advance, you can cancel the subscription right away, but your account will not fully close until the advance is repaid.

Fastest way to delete Grid Money

  1. Cancel your subscription: Do this inside the app or email support@getgrid.app and ask them to cancel it for you.
  2. Repay any outstanding advance: If you have an unpaid cash advance, Grid will not fully close your account until it is paid back.
  3. Check for recurring charges: Canceling the subscription is what stops future recurring fees, so make sure it is fully turned off.

Important billing note

If you are trying to avoid another charge, cancel before your next billing date. Grid does not provide a specific cancellation window, so it is safest to cancel as soon as possible rather than waiting until the last minute.

If you want to stop payments completely

To prevent future automatic payments, Grid says you should cancel your subscription and revoke ACH authorization from Grid. Doing both helps make sure no further payments are pulled from your account.

Need help?

If the app will not let you cancel or you are having trouble closing the account, email support@getgrid.app for help. You can also ask them to confirm whether any balance is still owed before the account can be closed.

If you cancel your subscription, repay any remaining advance, and revoke ACH authorization if needed, you should be able to stop future charges and fully close out your Grid Money account.
