How to delete Klover cash advance app

Last Updated: Aug 06, 2026

If you want to stop using Klover, the safest approach is to delete your account in the app first and then contact support to make sure ACH access is revoked. Uninstalling the app alone will not stop future debits.

Fastest way to delete Klover

  1. Open the app: Launch the Klover app on your phone and sign in if needed.
  2. Go to account settings: Tap Profile, then open Settings to find the account deletion option.
  3. Delete the account: Tap Delete My Account, confirm it again, and check the acknowledgement box on the next screen to submit the request.

Make sure no more payments are deducted

Deleting your Klover account does not automatically revoke ACH access, so you should email support@joinklover.com to stop future bank debits. Include the name on your account and the telephone number linked to your Mobile App user account, and send the request at least 3 business days before the scheduled debit date.

If you cannot delete the account in the app

If you have an advance history or an outstanding balance, the app may not let you delete the account directly. In that case, contact Klover Support and ask them to close your account, delete your data, and revoke ACH authorization.

If you only want to cancel Klover+

Klover+ is the optional membership, and canceling it is separate from deleting your account. To cancel it, go to Profile, select Klover+, tap Cancel Membership, and follow the prompts. You can also cancel by emailing support@joinklover.com.

Billing-cycle timing

If you are trying to avoid the next membership charge or debit, cancel before the next billing date. For ACH withdrawals, give Klover at least 3 business days’ notice before the scheduled debit.

In short, delete your account in the app, email support@joinklover.com to revoke ACH access, and do it at least 3 business days before the next debit. If needed, cancel Klover+ separately as well.
