How to stop Empower from taking money?

1. Quick form: head to https://www.empowerme.app/delete, submit the account-deletion form, and your membership ends automatically.
2. In-app: open Empower, tap More → Billing/Subscription → Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts.
3. Email: write to help@empower.me or help@tilt.com with the email tied to your account and ask them to cancel.
4. Phone: call 888-943-8967 (Mon–Fri, 5 a.m.–3 p.m. PT) and request cancellation.
5. App store: if you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel under Subscriptions on your device (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions).

• Still charged: Loads of reviews say Empower/Tilt keeps pulling the $8-$9 monthly fee (and sometimes much bigger debits) even after people cancel the plan or delete the app.
• Auto-enrolled fees: Some felt blindsided when a “free trial” quietly turned into a paid subscription—first clue was the charge hitting their bank.
• Cancel roadblocks: Folks trying to stop the withdrawal describe locked accounts, broken “cancel” links and AI chat loops with no human support or refund.
• Bank block workaround: A few gave up on in-app fixes and asked their bank to block Empower/Tilt or file fraud claims to keep more money from disappearing.
