Simply uninstalling the app won't stop the monthly fees or close your account. Follow the steps below to delete the FloatMe app and cancel your membership.
Note: Before closing your account, ensure all pending balances or floats are fully repaid. Outstanding balances may prevent the cancellation from processing.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least one business day prior to your renewal date. After successfully initiating the cancellation, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, contact FloatMe's Member Experience team for assistance.
Your app may display a "Pending Cancellation" status. You will retain access to the app's features until the end of your current billing period. Once your current billing period ends, you will lose access to all app benefits. Reactivation of your account is not possible for 60 days after cancellation.
