With your subscription cancelled and account deleted, you can now remove the app from your device.
Once your account is deleted, any auto payments will stop, and your linked bank account will be unlinked automatically. If you cancel within one month of signing up and haven't requested a cash advance, you may be eligible for a refund of your subscription payment. Refunds can take up to four business days and will be returned to the card you used at signup. However, if it's been longer than a month since you signed up or you've requested a cash advance, you won't be eligible for a refund. You must repay any outstanding cash advances even after cancelling your subscription. If you encounter any issues, you can open a support ticket within the app or contact Cleo's customer service at team@meetcleo.com.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your Cleo subscription is cancelled, your account is deleted, and the app is removed from your device without any lingering charges or obligations. Always make sure to settle any outstanding balances to avoid unexpected fees.
